We’re sorry that you’re experiencing an issue with your products. Rest assured, we will do our best to make it right. We try to make each item perfect, but occasionally something goes wrong, which is why all Hydros products have a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
• We will be happy to replace a product if it was ordered from www.hydroslife.com, has arrived damaged, and has not been used.
• The limited warranty also covers any manufacturing defects in bottle, carafe, pitcher, or Hydros Multi FilterTM as long as the product was purchased from an authorized dealer and is unused.
• Be sure to include a photo of the issue and the product so we can make sure we’re helping you with the right item.
